Malika Beatrishe is more than just the founder of BRANDFACE. She is the visionary behind a global movement that has become a powerful support system for thousands of women. Today, BRANDFACE unites over 4,600 participants from 36 countries, helping them realize their full potential across 12 countries — from Ukraine and France to the USA and the UAE.
“I feel personally responsible for every woman in BRANDFACE. It’s not just about inspiration — I truly fear that some of them might miss their chance to realize themselves. This project is my mission,” says Malika.
Since 2021, BRANDFACE has held the title of Ukraine’s top women’s development project. In 2023, it was awarded international status, and by 2025, it officially became a global project, creating new opportunities for Ukrainian women and supporting female realization around the world.
